Our Year-Round Mushroom Share begins the first week of our 2027 Spring Shares (March 15, 2027) and runs through the final week of our 2027 Winter Shares (February 28, 2028).

Mushroom production is a relatively new project for us here at Siena Farms, and so far it's been a whole lot of fun, with very delicious results! Simple controls of temperature, humidity, light and air exchange (like us, mushrooms breathe in oxygen and exhale CO2) have enabled a steady, year-round harvest of fresh mushrooms we can now offer to our CSA members. Currently we’re growing shiitake, lion’s mane, blue oyster, and black pearl oyster mushrooms – and we’re so happy to share them with you!
