Our Spring Greens Share is packed in a third-bushel box (same sized box as our Small Vegetable Share) containing a simple variety of 3 or 4 different greens each week, for all of your salad, smoothie, and stir-fry needs!
Your share will include a combination of our own spring greenhouse and field greens; no other veggies in this one... just GREENS! Think arugula, mesclun, cress, spinach, head lettuce, baby bac choi, rainbow chard, spring kale, mustard greens... YUM!
As more New England farmers are stepping up their game with year-round greens production, we're excited to participate in a regional effort to build farming models which are both climate resilient and season-extending — and to be able to share the harvest with you!
