Calling all Garlic Lovers!
Our brand new Garlic Lover’s Share is a season-long celebration of Farmer Chris' very favorite crop of all – in its many delicious forms. From tender green garlic and curly garlic scapes – to the juicy fresh bulbs and the classic cured bulbs we look forward to all year.
Over the course of the 2026 season, you’ll receive four individual third-bushel boxes (same size as our Small Shares), each packed with a different stage of the garlic harvest.
Green Garlic
Tender whole garlic plants as they begin to grow – think scallions or leeks, but sweet and garlicky! Your box will contain about 5 pounds of green garlic and will be distributed the week of June 1st.
Garlic Scapes
The curly "flower stalk" of the garlic plant, beloved for pesto, grilling, stir-fries, and more. Your box will will contain about 5 pounds of scapes, distributed the week of June 22nd.
Fresh Garlic
Enjoy our fresh bulbs right out of the ground, with their juicy texture and sugary flavor. Garlic candy, as Chef Ana calls it. Your box will contain about 8 pounds (40 large bulbs), distributed the week of July 13th.
Cured Garlic
Inspired by last year’s Bumper Box o’ Garlic,** your final box will contain about 8 pounds (40 large bulbs) of our cured garlic for full flavor and long storage into the holidays. Distributed the week of September 14th.
**Please note: we're not planning to offer our Bumper Box O' Garlic this autumn separately from this new Garlic Lover's Share package.

Old-Fashioned Garlic Split

Inspired by our Old-Fashioned Carrot Pull volunteer days, we're excited to welcome you to the farm this autumn to join us in the simple, peaceful, and important task of splitting 2000+ pounds of garlic bulbs into individual cloves for planting our 2 acres of 2027 garlic before the winter sets in.
Enjoy garlic-themed snacks from Chef Ana, plus hot coffee and cold cider, while settling in to some good old-fashioned garlic splittin'!
We’ll send you home with a BIG THANK YOU for your help, plus a little bag of seed garlic, with planting instructions to help you start growing your own crop of Siena Farms' garlic.

Our Garlic Lover's Share is available for pickup and home delivery through our regular CSA distribution network including Eastern MA, Cape Cod, the North Shore, and NYC.
Home delivery is an additional $10/box.
