Join Farmer Chris, owner of Siena Farms, for an intimate Sunday morning stroll through the farm! Witness firsthand our diversity of crops and soils, learn about a variety of organic farming techniques, and soak in the beauty of the farm during full-swing harvest season! Farmer Chris will begin the tour in our brand new "Greenhouse Village" and then lead you on a couple-mile loop through the heart of Siena Farms' land base. We'll send you home with a tote bag filled to the brim with any produce you'd like to harvest during the tour, and, we hope, some fresh, behind-the-scenes perspectives on the happy challenges and delicious rewards of small-scale food production in New England.
Please come prepared, rain or shine, to navigate various terrains through multiple fields, woods, and even across a couple bubbling brooks! Group size will range from 10-20 adults plus children; farm-pup Rory may join us, but no additional dogs allowed (sorry!). Tours will kick off at 10 a.m. sharp and wrap up around noon. Guests should bring their own water bottles and snacks as desired, and are also welcome to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the farm after the tour. Please note that all food and drinks (including water) is BYO.
PLEASE NOTE: At checkout, you will be required to select home delivery or pickup at one of our CSA locations, as if you were purchasing a CSA Farm Share. Choose either option in order to proceed through checkout; your choice will not affect your ticket purchase in any way. Receipt of your tickets will be the order confirmation email you will receive upon purchase. Ahead of your farm tour date, we will be in touch via email with additional details, such as directions and parking instructions, reminders to wear boots, etc.! Also please note that like our CSA memberships, our event tickets are non-refundable, but please email us if something comes up and you need to transfer your tickets to a friend!
